spacer Just Joined! Join Date: May 2003 Location: Lisburn Posts: 29	Speedtouch and Mandrake 9.1 powerpack - IT WORKS Just installed Mandy 9.1 powerpack. All by itself it detected my adsl Speedtouch modem. All I had to do was enter the usual settings for mail etc, but I learned in the modem set up NOT to select PPPoE or PPPoA, select the alcatel modem which should have a successfull indication alongside it. Anyway, I am online with it right now, I installed this version 1 our ago and I am a complete newbie. It also correctly detected and named my 2 usb printers. Neither suse 8.2 pro or theRedhat latest versions detected them. Regards.
