Ok fixed! I backed up my stuff to my external drive then wiped my internal one. I installed debian on full defalt settings, then poped in my mint install disk and started the installer. When it got it 'run just mint' run mint alongside debian gnu/linux' or something else i clicked 'run along side'. I then srink the debian partiton down to bout 20gigs, left the 10gbs of swap debian set up and installed mint on the rest. Mint changed my bootloader and everything. Now im using my live disk to cut mint down to bout 20gigs after witch ill make the rest a new partiton for storage, witch ill then fill. I checked this time both systems boot and work great. Thanks to all who helped!
