    Exclamation help please stuck in boot

    im stuck in ubuntu 10 sys restore, says
    GNU GRUB version 1.98=20100804-5ubuntu3.3

    ubuntu, with linux 2.6.35-32- generic
    same^^but with (recovery mode)next to it
    Same^^ with number difference
    and all of them show a screen and ity runs some codes and says
    mount; mounting /dev on /root/dev failed; no such file or dir...
    mount;mounting /sys on /root/sys failed; no such file or dir...
    mount;mounting /proc on /root/proc failed; no such file or dic...
    target filesystem doesnt have requested /sbin/init.
    no init found. try passing init= bootarg

    busybox v1.15.3 (ubuntu 1:1.15.3-1ubuntu5)built it shell (ash)

    can someone help me

    ??? Hard disk jumper or CD/DVD jumper settings on the back of the device housing box. Same IDE belt???
    or did that just happen one day?

    i deleted the directorys on accedent.. i tryed to restart one day and this popped up

    No biggie -- just reinstall.
    suggest downloading both clonezilla and system rescue cd and learn to use both
    It's a learning experience!
