    Trying to Install Ubuntu. Black Screen

    Hi guys,

    Sorry this is my second help request thread in as many days. I have put the Ubuntu image (latest version) on to a disk using Power ISO. The problem is when I go to boot from it, it runs fine. I get the purple splash screen etc. But then I just get a back screen and I hear my disk drive stopping. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
