Multicore - AMP - 2 different OS on different cores

I have CPU with 4 cores.
I need to install windows and linux to work simultaneously.
I need that 2 cores work wih one OS - Linux (Fedora)
and another 2 cores to work with windows os.
The 2 OS need to work simultaneously (thay compute different formulas simultaneously).

I know taht this technique call AMP
How can I install the os to work like that ?

You can install a hypervisor on your machine that allows CPU pinning.

    KVM allows CPU pinning.
