Dual booting problem

Hello everyboday!

I have a funny problem, my problem is that lately I upgrade my
computer main board and after this upgrade when I try to install a
distro of Linux beside Windows (specifically Windows XP) When I
switched to the Windows my system stop working. At the first I
tought this must backed to the Linux bootloader GRUB when I
changed it to the LILO I noticed that I haven't Linux bootloader
problem, becuase when I do FDISK /mbr my problem didn't sovled
Just when I remove Linux partitions the system work normally.
I must say thart I have this problem almost with any Linux distro
except RedHat Fedora 3.

What is the specific problem you get when you boot windows? does it freez, do you get a blanck screen etc?
