installing ubuntu grub problem

Hi all,

I was tryng to install ubuntu on my laptop in a dual partition with windows xp, but I think I've done some mistakes...
Now when I boot my machine I just see a black screen with GRUB.
It says "Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB....."

grub>

I don't really know what write to continue boot up windows or ubuntu.

What do I have to do?

The part which disscusses your problem is about half way down.
