Yes you can you have 1 partition for each, and they can share a SWAP partition.

You could install as many distros as you wanted, though I really don't see the point in having more than one.

ive tried to, but when i install ubuntu next to fedora, it deletes my fedora partition.
but if i could i would but i cant so i wont.

I think your problem might be that you're using up all your disk space for your first install. Keep in mind that each distro will need it's own partition, so leave room for it, and be sure to tell it to put itself on the new partition with the unused space.

i tryed puting suse and fedora and debian on my comp at the same time but it dont work
it says there are too many primary partitions on the harddrive, and i tryed extended but suim else came up to stop me
