Install External modem (Roadster II 56) with Red Hat 7.3

Hi guy

I have got problem to install my extenal modem (Dial up with Serial port) with Red Hat 7.3.....I had no problem to install the same modem with Red Hat 7.1 before.!!!!

Through Red Hat I did these steps:
form "Star Menu" go to
"Programs" then
"System" then
"Internet Configuration Wizard" then
come with screen called "Add new Device Type" then choose "Modem connection" then click "next" then

I received this error message " No modem was found on your system"

As I said I had installed the same modem with Red Hat 7.1 and I had no problem to access the internet. but as far as I remember with Red Hat 7.1 there was some thing called "internet Dialer".

Any help for this error message, or any website shows us how to configure modem by figures(sreenshots).

Thanks
