Need help on custom install
Hey Everyone,
I have a question.
My company is getting these brand new servers that we will be putting Red Hat Linux on them. Unfortunately they have no CD ROM of Floppy drive. With our old servers. We would boot off a CD and use a kickstart file to get everything going.
So with these new servers, I am guessing we are going to have to boot using a USB-CDROM. Which is fine. But is there any other way I could do an automated install w/ a kickstart file, if we don't have a floppy?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What will the BIOS be happy to boot from? It most likely be what ever your heart and USB want to use.
Research, research, research before you walk the plank.
