customizing the login prompt
Hi,
Is there a way in which, after booting, we get a customized message rather than a login prompt? Like once the linux box boots up, it should just come up and say "Welcome to linuxworld" and not display the login prompt at all, is there a way to do this?
Thanks,

/etc/issue is where the message before the login prompt comes from. Use ansi escape codes to make it prettier. I don't know if or how you can get rid of the login prompt.
