My question is about writing them to blank CDroms.....From your experience, what software is best ...

Any CD-writing software will just do good.
The most user-friendly one that I've seen is K3B
You open it, then tools+CD+burn CD image, select your iso file and click burn. That easy

With Linux, a user-friendly application would be K3b.
Under Windows, you could try Nero.
Both can burn an .iso image.

Ive searched for K3B, but all the infos I found are for Linux distros....Im using Windows.....is there a K3B version for Windows......
can u give me a direct link?

K3B is a *nix-specific piece of software. In Windows you could use Nero.
There are two major products that come out of Berkeley: LSD and UNIX. We don't believe this to be a coincidence.
