Yeah, but that doesn't allow you to see everything, and you still essentially have to tab around (only that you're using the arrow keys instead of the tab key).
Mozilla does have interactive link searching which works by typing text in the link, and it will go there. But that covers neither input elements nor graphical links, such as the post reply image or post submit button on these very forums.
