Accessing Win files from Linux on same computer?
This could be a really dumb question but I'll ask it anyway.
Is there any way to access files (such as saved webpages, text files etc) that are stored on the DOS/Windows partitiuon of my hard drive?
While I'm at it, I have a Diamond MX300 soundcard (Aureal Vortex2), but my CPU is AMD, so the beta drivers available don't work with it. Anybody in the same situation have any luck?
Cheers, John

as for the drivers, try the ALSA project http://www.alsa-project.org/majorwoo

About the drivers; if you're using OSS instead of ALSA now, it might be preferrable to go on doing that. In that case it should work if you compile the drivers from source, shouldn't it?
