how to make a bottable CD?

Friends

I have copied the linux 9 in my system(3 cd's) in 3 different folders.
now i want to copy the linux(which is in my system) in to a cd.
how can i make the first one as a bottable cd. I think only the first one should be bootable is it?


can anyone help me in this pls.

Is this on a windows machine?

If so, do you have a copy of Nero CD burning software?

Its not an ISO file.
the link which is gave is for the ISO.
but my problem is its a extracted cd.
I just copied the cd contents in my system.
now i want to copy the contents in a cd as a bootable cd.
i checked in Nero. there is an option to record it as bootable cd.
but its asking some file. i didnt find that file.
so what to do?

i dont know maybe you have already tryed this. jst burn all the files that you got from the cd on do another cd using the create data cd option in nero. i could be wrong but wont the computer check the cd for any bootable files. i dont know i would try that first and see if it works. well good luck

Big_K is correct on Nero looking to see if its already a bootable file. I used it just this past week end for RH 9 iso files and it booted off disk 1 just fine.
