You could try "mkbootdisk" in a terminal. It might work, depending on your distro.
Or you could go to www.bootdisk.com they have Linux bootdisks and directions for creating them.Pick up a starving dog, prosper him, and he won't bite you.
This is the main difference between men and dogs.
