You need to have a partition ready for SUSE to go into. Qtparted on Knoppix can safely resize your partitions.
When you install SUSE, either install the bootloader to the root partiton or don't install a bootloader.
Then you will need to edit your grub.conf file in FC.
Add an entry like this,
title SUSE
kernel (hd0,3)/boot/vmlinuz root=/dev/hda4
initrd (hd0,3).boot/initrd
You will need to edit the partitions to suit your needs.How to know if you are a geek.
