I installed the redhat linux9.0 .and upgraded some packages.and i deleted the linux partition by booting into windows xp.after that i can't boot to windows.then i reinstalled the xp now ...

redhat 9.0 booting problem
I installed the redhat linux9.0 .and upgraded some packages.and i deleted the linux partition by booting into windows xp.after that i can't boot to windows.then i reinstalled the xp now the its working fine,then tried to reinstall the redhat9.0.it completely installs,but while booting
i can see only the below screen
welcome to redhat9.0
after that it shows
mounting prog file system [ok]
unmounting initrd [ok]
configuring kernel parameters[ok]
after this i can't see any improvement
what's the problem
how can i solve this

the reason you had problems after deleting the Linux partition, is tha grub, the boot loader, stores part of itself in the /boot/grub folder on your Linux partition.
As to your current problems, did the install go normally?

Use Suse 10.1 and occasionally play with Kubuntu
Also have Windows 98SE and BeOS
