    fc3 install cd reboots after vmlinuz loads HELP!!!!!

    i cannot seem to get the fedora install cd to do anything more than load vmlinuz. i think it says uncompressing linux (its only there for a split second) and then it reboots!!! i have tried many arguments but none so far have worked.

    this is the machine i'm workin on:

    amd athon 64
    gigabyte k8vt800m motherboard
    geforce 5700 fx video
    1 gig ram (single stick, ddr, pc3200)
    80gb harddrive

    any ideas???

    Locked out

    I can not get into Linux, the Fedora screen comes up and ask for a password I didn't create one, what can I do.
