Question: Is there a way to download all the RPMs and have them installed in one shot? :o
Kindly advise,
Thanks.

i dont use redhat so im not entirely sure but i think there is a) a port of apt-get which shoudl be able to do somethign like that, and b) i think kickstart has some kind of mass update functions

Run up2date. It automatically updates all the packages that are out of date.

up2date is for security fixes and new kernels and some updates.
atrpms kickstart is an amazing repository that can make installing applications very easy.
see the atrpms page of the guide in my sig for more info, and also there is a red hat 9 page there as well.
