It should. You may have to go into Computer Management -> Disk Management and assign it a drive letter, etc. but Windows shouldn't have any problems accessing a working FAT32 partition.
There are two major products that come out of Berkeley: LSD and UNIX. We don't believe this to be a coincidence.
