    on the CD(s) that you used to install it. put one in the cdrom, mount it (with `mount /mnt/cdrom`) then cd /mnt/cdrom. Look around there for a glibc-devel-x.xx.x-x.rpm where the xes are some numbers. Then install it with rpm -Uvh glibc-devel-x.xx.x-x.rpm

    Another adventure in my problem. Reinstalled and incuded all developmant thingies like gcc, booted into root and put the followind into the command line. This time i incuded everything that happened. It was slightly different this time so i think i did something right, but still there is errors....
