Trouble using network card on RedHat9
Hello, I am a Linux newbie. I've just installed RedHat Linux 9 on my IBM
thinkpad and I'm having trouble getting my Xircom Cardbus
Ethernet II 10/100 and Cisco systems 350 series PCMCIA
wireless LAN adaptor to work, so that I can go on the internet.
I've been told that RH9 should have the drivers necessary to get
these devices working but I've had no luck so far. Anyone has
any idea how to get them to work? Thanks in advance.

That Xircom NIC, is that a built-in one or a Cardbus thing?
As for that Cisco 802.11b card, would you happen to know what chipset it uses? If not, can you post a link to its product page so that I can research it?
Could you run the following commands and post back here what they return?
The last one needs to be run as root, so run the command "su" before you run that, in order to switch to root. The su command will ask you for the root password.Code:/sbin/lspci /sbin/cardctl ident
