USB2 card appears to cause hang on various distros when using Linux on my Dell Dimension 2400.
I tried installing Mandriva and it hangs unless I remove the cables from the USB card. Debian hangs after installation. I tried Fedora which also hangs, but I did not yet try it without the USB cables. How can I disable this card when Linux boots? Or intercept/adjust the installation to install the drivers for it?
