How to install Redhat Linux directly from the hard disk drive
i have saved Red hat Linux 9 Personal on my hard disk drive and i have created a boot floppy disk using rawrite.exe. Can u help me to install it directly from the hard disk drive without using installing from a CD rom drive?

installing from hard disk
hi this is vijesh.
do the following steps:
boot: linux askmethod (this will alsk u the method of installation. there u select harddisk. and u have to give the correct partiton number.)
if ur primay maser hdd will listed as hda hda1 means first partiton. 1-4 is reserverd for primary. ur first logical partion starting from 5. if the dump is iin ur d hrive u will have to select hda5.
