i dont have a cd writer.... i have got about 4 isos of fc4 on a dvd............ can i install the system directly..................... without wrting the disk,..............

Again, I've never heard of a way to do this, but the problem would be booting from a partition on the harddrive and being able to mount the ISO files. Do you not have any way at all to burn those discs to CD? A friend's computer? Have you considered buying them preburned from somewhere like LinuxCD.org?
