Apache + PHP5 on FC4
I have already got the PostgreSQL server up and running.
How do I determine if I have installed apache or not? How do I get it up and running then? And finally how do I make php work with it?
I have been trying to install php for 4 days now. Any help would be appreciated.
NOTE: yum is not working.. I don't know why.. but yum is not working.

Well, you can just say "yum is not working", what's not working? post something, post errors. Otherwise it'd very difficult to help you.

It gets stuck at Setting up repositories. I think.. its due to the institute proxy server that I must use to connect to the internet.
