Getting Rid of Lilo >.<
Ok, so heres the deal:
Originally it was just Windows. I installed Mandrake after a while, which also installed Lilo. A few days ago I used Partition Magic to erase my Linux partition, but Lilo is still there. Optimally, I want to make a new partition out of the 20 gigs of unused space I have right now and install my copy of FC3 on it and use Lilo to dual boot.
Can anyone help me get rid of Lilo?
(Any help concerning re-installing Lilo with FC3 later on would also be appreciated)

you can use a windows boot disk and run the command:
fdisk /mbr

You should just be able to put your FC3 disk in and install it.
And choose Lilo as your bootloader.
Grub is default, so when you get to the bootloader part of the install, select "Change Bootloader". Lilo should be an option.
This will overwrite the old llo.
fdisk /mbr will just put the Windows bootloader back on the mbr and overwrite the old lilo. How to know if you are a geek.
