partitioning software

What is good partitioning software ? ie: the Suse installer wont or cant partition my drive i want to do a dual boot system

im currently running Me(dont ask me why) but it is finaly stable(mostly)

or could someone walk me through doing it in dos......its been a while

wahtch out for kazaa it may be big but thats problem (pure spyware) the thing is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying i prefer using the older version without the styware.
a real good p2p for software is emule. coughadvertismentsorrycough
