Remote administration
Can you guys recommend a way to remote adminster my Linux server from a windows Xp desktop? As a windows user I loved terminal services. Is there a program that will function in windows to do this?

putty which is an ssh client for windows.

You can also download vnc and/or an x server for windows (eg. x-win32) if you want a graphical interface.
I'd still recommend putty in the first place, though, just like genlee says.
