    Broadband connection with Ubuntu and Thomsom Speedtouch 330 USB Modem

    Greetings folks.
    Am waiting for my Ubuntu distro and am trying to find out all about connecting to the web using my Speedtouch modem.
    I am very new to Linux and am reading up as much as I can so that I can get around any difficulties if and when they occur.
    Can any one pass on any info about this topic please ?
