    download dhcp

    guys i made my best to download a package of dhcpd for redhat 9 kernel 2.4 but not a single copy worked after installation
    can somone pleas help me
    i even tryed to install the rpm package from the cds and it didn't work
    after i run rpm -ivh dhcp-........ it shows me that it installed and everything
    but the dhcpd.conf and related files r never to be found anywhere on the sys
    pleas i need help urgently

    I don't seem to have a config file for dhcpcd. Is the binary installed?

    Mine is at /sbin/dhcpcd

    (Edit: My bad. You're trying to run a dhcp server not a client right? )
