This is not a link to a website, but a link to your cups configuration and administration utility on your machine. Sign in as root under "Administration," and choose "Printer." The direction should be pretty straight forward and easy to follow after that. If cups isn't installed already, then install it and start from there. I've tryes that too, but there are no PSC 750 in the list of HP Printer!
I've installed hpijs, cups and follow all the instructions in the site who i got it but i miss one: Can't restart de Cups!

Do you have the "foomatic-db-hpijs" package installed? What are these "instructions in the site who i got it"?
