Removing partitions on install
OK....maybe a silly question but...
I have a hard drive that currently has 3 partitions on it. 2 windows and 1 linux. I was wanting to wipe out the hard drive and just install linux on it.
If I were to boot the drive with a linux cd, is it possible to delete the partitions and just install linux? Or do I need some type of partitioning tool first?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can use the install CD to take over the whole drive and install Linux on it.
