    how to remove bootloader


    i've not installed linux yet (going to go for scientific 2..6.9-11) but what I want to know is how i uninstall the bootloader and just get back to plain old windows booting if it all becomes too much.

    im not very good with os stuff bootloaders etc so please be easy on me!

    if you are using winxp,just put in your xp disk & boot from it.choose repair from the menu. then,at the dos prompt type fixmbr & press enter. if using win 9x put in your boot floppy, at the dos prompt type fdisk/mbr & press enter.
