I upgraded from Redhat 7.2 to Redhat 7.3 using up2date. Almost all of the
updates worked out fine except I get the following error with these rpms:

1:fileutils error: unpacking of archive failed on file /bin/ls: cpio: rename failed - Operation not permitted

There was a fatal RPM install error. The message was:
There was a rpm unpack error installing the package: fileutils-4.1-10.4

Upon inspection, this file 'ls' has its user AND group set to numbers! What
gives?? Now even root cannot set or change the files permissions. It won't
delete either! How do I fix this??? I REALLLLYYY need help.
