    Need Help getting start

Okay, so I am trying to install Fedora Core 5 on my machine. I have no idea how to get started though. I did download the FC5 DVD, and it is in an image file. I don't know if I burned it right though. Okay so where do I go from here. I have a brand new hard drive to burn it onto, but I only want to use half of that drive for FC. I also want to keep my Windows Operating system active, so boot loading right? Does it come with a bootloader. Well I really just don't know where to go? If anyone knows of a step by step tutorial somewhere, or if someone doesn't mind writing out a little tutorial for me. Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but I trying to install this on a Dell, so I don't know if they have any restrictions or anything.

There are a couple of stickies in the Installation forum that you should look at.
One is partitioning an NTFS drive, the other is for burning isos on to cds.

Once you have your hdd divided the way you want, just boot with the FC disk, and let it do it's thing, you may have to add Windows to the bootloader(grub), I am not sure if FC does that automatically or not.
