No, my BIOS doesn't have an option spread spectrum. It seems to be specifically the memory speed. I have some more ideas for things to try, but everything is working really well right now, so I'll wait a while. I've got about a year to RMA the board if needed, so I have some time.

Pretty much, if the memory speed is 333 or higher, the memory will start getting random errors. Since I tested some other memory, I can rule the memory itself out as a problem. Without a schematic of the board, I can't be sure, but I think its probably either a local voltage or noise problem caused by the failure of some component(probably a capacitor, noting previous experience).
