I did try a lot of other options, and none of them worked.
Pretty much, if the memory speed is 333 or higher, the memory will start getting random errors. Since I tested some other memory, I can rule the memory itself out as a problem. Without a schematic of the board, I can't be sure, but I think its probably either a local voltage or noise problem caused by the failure of some component(probably a capacitor, noting previous experience).
