    One Hard Drive- wanting XP & FC4-how to boot



    HI,

    firstly i know there are literally 100's of threads with this kinda title, but i seem not to find an answer within them..

    Firstly i am running FC4

    Since my son and i want to play our pc games..mine morrowind and his dora the explorer and scooby doo.. I am having trouble playing dora and installing morrowind with wine.

    How can i install both XP and FC4, on ONE hard drive so i can duel boot basically with GRUB .


    Can someone please take pity on me and advise..

    Also which to install first and how to size the partition.?

    Always install Windows first, and at the beginning of the hard drive.

    Just leave some unpartitionned space for the following Fedora Core install. Fedora Core will make its own partitions.

    Grub will configure itself properly by default during the subsequent Fedora Core installation.
