    Common installer for installing linux distros


    Install linux from hard disk or have a single cd for running the installer of the distro.

    CDRW broken.
    Other reasons (for different users):
    Not having cdrw
    Not having access to it

    Do we have anyway by which we can load the installer (for particular distro) via hdd. Or do we have some standard installer like mandrake 1st installation CD that lets you decide where are the files for linux distro viz. hdd, network, cdr or net. And then it moves ahead...

    Lightbulb Get one then!

    Why don't you get a packet of cd-rws. They're only a few dollars. Or Even better, a DVD-RW. The simplest sollution is get a new disc. Full Stop!
