Installing m0n0wall over PXE to a thin client
Hi,
I have a Neoware EON 3000X which has a 300MHz processor, 96MB of RAM, onboard LAN adaptor, 1x PCI slot. Also, It has an 8MB disk-on-chip and an Internal IDE conector.
I've set up a DHCP/TFTP server on my XP professional box, and have managed to boot the thin-client into a debian install over PXE as a test, and it got as far a saying there was no hard disk and could not continue.
I'm not too familiar with Linux, I have installed it a few times both over the internet and from CD-ROM and know some basic commands, but my knowledge of it isn't great.
I would like to build a m0n0wall with the Neoware box, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. Would it be possible to install it to the disk-on-chip? and how would I go about installing it?
Thanks.
