Slackware 9.1 installation < HELP >

hellos fellas,
im getting some probs at the beggining of the installation.
when it is detecting all the stuff ( mouse, cd-roms, etc ), i get an error saying:

Unable to handle Kernel paging request at virtual adress e0831388
printing eip:

after this lots of numbers like this one e0831388 appears and in the end i get this:

Code: Bad EIP Value.

Since i'm a noob @ linux i have no idea of what this is.

a bit of a google on this, not my help. possibly dodgy memory in your PC, but couldnt really find a conclusive answer.

If you have made any progress with this problem since posting, please let us know.

the problem was my usb plantronics headset !
removed them and could proceed the installation
