Please help with creating RAID-0 in 2 SATA drives

Hello - running RHFC1 and booting from a normal ATA drive.

I have an iWill IS150-R PCI card and 2 SATA 120GB drives which need to be RAIDed together for use on a PVR system.

I am able to detect the drives using fdisk and other utilities, but I am having a hard time mounting them. Either way, I'd like to RAID them after all is said and done, so perhaps I could avoid some preliminary headache by just RAIDing them at the beginning.

Can anyone give me some pointers on RAIDing the drives together? (HDE & HDG) I have never done it before. Is this something that can be done in the command line? I'm not finding anything in my RedHat Unleashed book.
