SCSI disks!?
Hi dear friends
Could you please help me?i wanna install my debian(Censornet distribution) on a HP Proliant Dl380 G4 server that has 2 serial scsi disks,but at the start of installation it doesn't detect the scsi disk,and says you shoul type the name of your disk?!
How can i install the driver of the disk before installing Debian??!

try these options at boot: prompt
a few more things you can try. Check this linkCode:linux ide=nodma linux acpi=off linux acpi=off apm=off linux nofb
try setting your SATA controller (in the BIOS) to "compatibility mode" (or "legacy mode").
CasperIt is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Any issues with Censornet and SATA disks
Hello, did you got this solved?
I am in a doubt if I could do the same for SATA disks or certain modern Intel mainboards.
I wish there were a Censornet forum inside the Debian tree, as Censornet guys seem to have dropped their forums.
