I can imagine. 08 corresponds to SCSI disks. Do you have any SCSI disks, and in that case, is your root file system there? Please tell me where you have your root file system.

i do not have a SCSI and i have not yet installed any linux in any of my HD that is a message that i get as soon as the system boots and tryes to load the installation program

That's a bit strange. It almost seems like a bug in the suse installer. Try downloading the latest version.
