I just received an old toshiba tecra 500cs and I was wanting to put a small distro on it. The problem that I am having is it only has a 31/2 floppy in it. I cant get it to boot off a floppy? Its only got about a 1gig hard drive, 16mb ram and a 31/2 floppy. It currently has windows 95 on it but I would like to load linux instead due to the minimal system resources? . This is just a project for fun, I also have an hp zv6000 laptop with suse 10.1 on it which I thinkg is great.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Neal.
