Hello, I tried to install Suse Personal 9.0 on my PC, where XP is installed; I have 3 IDE drives and 2 Sata drives, 1 x DVD recorder and 1 cd recorder; I want to dedicate 1 IDE drive to Linux; installation hangs at the very beginning, at:

hdc: attached IDE-disk driver

I have an MSI motherboard with 1GB memory.

I have tried to deactivate APM, ACPI, no difference; I also tried to boot with CD number 2, same problem. Any idea ? Thanks a lot !
