    how do i install gcc, i cant use 'make' in the shell



    in the shell i cant use the comand 'make' (bash: make: comand not found).
    Im using suse 8.1 and i used the YaST to install gcc and its related programmes, what am i doing wrong?

    just install 'make' as well as gcc and it worked fine.
