linux in a floppy disk ?
i remember i saw a couple distros that you could set up from a floppy disk. I can not find them anymore. Any links?
i have an old pentium1 machine that for no reason stopped booting from the CD ROM thus i can not boot off a cd!!

is it that you cannot boot off the CD rom or cannot read the CD-ROM? Most Distro CD's come with a boot image for floppy on them, in this case you couyld boot off the floppy and install from the CD, or if you have a fast internet connection, you could install SuSE off the internet starting the install with Floppies
