RH install class issues
I want to experiment with RH (9) as a server. I choose Server mode, and also install other stuff like programming, applications, etc.
Whenever i customize like this, the install never works.
I figure I'd install as a workstation. Can I also use "Workstation" mode as a web server?
Duo-PII processors. (If that matters). I just inherited this computer. It was a friend's old webserver that had WIndows 2000 on it.
Thanks.

Slightly away from the standard documentation?

First, I'd recommend trying a newer version of Linux. Redhat 9 is several years old and has reached "end of life" as far as the Redhat company is concerned. If you like the Redhat style of distribution, I'd recommend either Fedora (newer but possibly less stable) or CentOS (based on Redhat Enterprise Linux). Both of these have the option for a "Server" install if I'm not mistaken.
